We observed elevated p95 latency on metric ingestion in eu-frankfurt-1 caused by a Kafka rebalance. Mitigation deployed; we're monitoring queue depth before declaring resolved.

A misconfigured retry queue caused webhook delivery to back up by up to 90s in us-east-1. The queue was drained and config rolled back. No webhooks were dropped.
